The German International School of Silicon Valley (GISSV) respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information that GISSV may collect and how that information mat be used. The school reserves the right to alter this policy at any time by posting a new privacy policy at this location.

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us email, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection. We may utilize subcontractors to carry out the purposes for which data was collected. These subcontractors will be under written agreement to provide the same safeguards to protect your personal information, as described under security below. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services you are using at GISSV or as needed to comply with our legal obligations or enforce our agreements.
