To enroll your child for Kindergarten, First, Second or Third Grade in 2010/2011 at our Berkeley Campus, please follow the steps below.
1. Please download & fill out the following forms:
2. Please send the Application Form together with the Application Fee of $75 (non-refundable) to our office in Mountain View - 310 Easy Street, Mountain View, CA 94043, ATTN: Admissions Coordinator or drop it off at our Berkeley Campus in Kensington.
Please note:
· As a member of the East Bay Independent School Association (EBISA), the GISSV notifies parents about admissions decisions on the same date as all other member schools.
· For the school year 2010 - 2011, the notification date is Friday, March 12, 2010. Notification to all families who have applied to the school is made by US mail.
3. To accept a placement at the GISSV a parent must complete and submit the Admission Agreement and the Society Membership no later than 9:00am on the morning of Friday, March 19, 2010. Along with the enrollment papers, a non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $500 and a non-refundable School Development Fee of $200 must be submitted by cash or check.
Please note:
· Enrollment for the current school year will be accepted at any time as long as spaces are available.
Afternoon Club incl. homework mentoring Full time program for grades K-3, daily until 5:30pm (extended pick-up until 6pm)
