Holger Ippach is a General Manager with significant experience defining the business strategy for sales, marketing, and operations for leading hardware and software technology companies.
He has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls and directed large (600+) cross-country, cross-cultural teams during periods of transformation, disruption, and crisis. Throughout his career, he has launched new business verticals, led M&A due diligence and integrations, created pricing models and go-to-market strategies, cultivated strategic partnerships with OEMs, and developed product extensions to drive revenues, capture market share from competitors, and improve brand footprint.
Holger is an Executive at a start-up in the precision positioning space. In his spare time, he is an advisor and mentor for technology start-ups. In this capacity, he helps German entrepreneurs to develop strategies for their expansion into the US market. Previously, Holger has held senior executive roles with increasing responsibility at a publicly listed company.
Holger has attended executive programs in strategic sales management and strategic marketing management at The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He earned his Master of Science degree in Physics and Business Administration from the University of Augsburg in Germany. He is fluent in English and German and speaks some French. His two sons are currently attending GISSV at the Mountain View campus.
