Junior Achievement Day 2018 in Mountain View

A dedicated group of parents and local business partners taught Junior Achievement lessons to our kindergarten through 8th grade students.

 

During yesterday's Junior Achievement Day, our Mountain View kindergarten through 8th grade students were taught by a dedicated group of parents and local business partners with the aim of supporting a better understanding of economics and business concepts. Specific age-appropriate programs and materials were provided by Junior Achievement of Northern California, an organization whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

Nearly 300 GISSV students learned about entrepreneurship, economics, finance and work-readiness. Our students did a great job asking clever questions, sharing their thoughts and prompting interesting discussions!
