Students from both our Mountain View and San Francisco campuses have celebrated World Kindness Day with special projects that promote kindness in our community.
Today, November 13, we’re joining people worldwide in celebrating the impact of kindness—a reminder that even small acts of compassion can make a big difference.
At our Mountain View campus, elementary students created a beautiful artwork displayed on the outside wall of the multipurpose room at the campus entrance. The backdrop invites everyone to "Be the 'I' in KIND," offering a meaningful photo opportunity to help spread kindness throughout our community.
Meanwhile, on our San Francisco campus, students completed their campus Buddy Bench, a project that began during our last DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Project Days. A Buddy Bench is a special spot in school where students who may be feeling lonely or looking for a friend can sit, signaling others to come over and offer companionship. It’s a simple yet powerful way to encourage kindness and inclusion among our students.
