GISSV Students at Transatlantic Technology Summit

Grade 10 students participated in an international summit on artificial intelligence, gaining insights into innovation, ethics, and global technology leadership.

Our Grade 10 students recently participated in the Transatlantic Technology Summit, hosted by GABA NextGen in collaboration with the Stanford German Student Association and the WEF Global Shapers.

The summit brought together students and professionals to explore the future of artificial intelligence, focusing on its societal impact, ethical considerations, and its role in shaping global innovation across industries.

Throughout the event, students gained valuable insights into emerging technologies, AI governance, and international innovation ecosystems, while also engaging in professional networking in a global context.

A special thank you goes to GABA NextGen for hosting this inspiring and forward-looking event, and for providing students with meaningful opportunities to engage directly with discussions shaping the future of technology.

The visit was organized by faculty members Dr. Frauke Ritter, Ivo Betten, and Cornelia Guss together with our Grade 10 students.

Experiences like these reflect the school’s commitment to connecting classroom learning with real-world developments and preparing students to engage thoughtfully and confidently with the technologies shaping our future.
