Our History dept. had the privilege of hosting Dr. Ettie Zilber, the daughter of a Holocaust survivor, for a profoundly moving and personal lecture addressed to our high school students.
Ettie shared her family's experiences, providing a firsthand account that deeply touched the hearts of everyone present. The lecture was an enriching and emotional journey into history, offering a unique opportunity for our students to connect with the past on a deeply personal level.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ettie Zilber for generously sharing her family's story.
In reflecting on this poignant moment, let's also remember that today commemorates the anniversary of the November Pogrom.
