On International Women’s Day, journalist Marie-Astrid Langer talked to our 11th and 12th graders about Kamala Harris.
Langer’s portrait of the US Vice President has recently been published and she gave the students valuable insights into the life of one of the most powerful women in the world. In addition, the classes had a conversation about media consumption and how the war in Ukraine is reported on in the US compared to Germany.
Thank you to Marie-Astrid Langer, the German Consulate General and the Goethe-Institut San Francisco.
