- Welcome to GISSV
  The German International School of Silicon Valley is an independent, nonprofit preschool–grade 12 school with two locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Admissions
- Meeting Students’ Needs From Preschool Through High School
  GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old.
- Enrollment
  The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability. Knowledge of the German language is required for all children who enroll after 1st grade (See also our German Fast Track Program).

Middle School Dance 2023

Everyone had a great time seeing students from both campuses come together and enjoy themselves while strengthening our community.

Fun, laughter, and glowing colors filled the air at the "Let's Glow Crazy" middle school dance on Friday night. The middle schoolers had a blast with glow-in-the-dark cotton candy and dancing all night long. The black light photo booth and temporary glowing tattoos were also a big hit.

We couldn't have made the dance possible without the outstanding support of our student council members and fantastic senior class volunteers. We would like to give a special shoutout to them and all the teachers who joined in for making this event a memorable experience for our GISSV community. We're looking forward to hosting more fun events like this in the future!
