- Welcome to GISSV
  The German International School of Silicon Valley is an independent, nonprofit preschool–grade 12 school with two locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Admissions
- Meeting Students’ Needs From Preschool Through High School
  GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old.
- Enrollment
  The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability. Knowledge of the German language is required for all children who enroll after 1st grade (See also our German Fast Track Program).

Mountain View Golden Eagles: Strong Start to the Season

Our MV middle school teams are off to an exciting start, showing skill, teamwork, and determination on the court and field.

The Mountain View Golden Eagles are soaring into the new season with energy and enthusiasm!

The MV middle school girls basketball team opened the season with a thrilling, last-second victory over Bowman, winning by just one point. Their hustle, determination, and teamwork set the tone for a promising season ahead. There’s still time for students to join the team and be part of the excitement.

On the soccer field, the MV middle school boys are also making waves. They secured a tie against a challenging Synapse 7/8 team and claimed a win in an exhibition match against Field, showing both skill and resilience.

We’re proud of the dedication, sportsmanship, and spirit our Golden Eagles are demonstrating early this season. Here’s to an exciting year of athletics and teamwork!
