Parent Appreciation Breakfasts at GISSV

Parent Appreciation Breakfasts at GISSV

As the school year comes to a close, GISSV celebrated its parent community with appreciation breakfasts at both campuses, bringing families and school leaders together over homemade pancakes and Lausitzer Plinsen.

As a special thank you to our parent community, GISSV recently hosted Parent Appreciation Breakfasts at both the Mountain View and San Francisco campuses.

Throughout the year, our parents contribute their time, energy, and support in countless ways—from volunteering at events and supporting classroom activities to partnering with teachers and staff in their children's educational journey. These breakfasts were an opportunity to recognize and celebrate their important role in our school community.

In Mountain View, Head of School Dr. Wolfram Schrimpf and Vice Head of School (MV) Dr. Frauke Ritter welcomed families with freshly made pancakes. At the San Francisco campus, Dr. Schrimpf joined Vice Head of School (SF) Stefanie Wenk in preparing and serving traditional Lausitzer Plinsen.

The gatherings provided a wonderful opportunity for parents, school leadership, and members of the administration team to connect, reflect on the school year, and celebrate the strong sense of community that defines GISSV.

We are grateful to all of our parents for their partnership, dedication, and ongoing support. Thank you for helping make GISSV such a vibrant and welcoming community.
