About
- Welcome to GISSV
  The German International School of Silicon Valley is an independent, nonprofit preschool–grade 12 school with two locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Admissions
- Meeting Students’ Needs From Preschool Through High School
  GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old.
- Enrollment
  The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability. Knowledge of the German language is required for all children who enroll after 1st grade (See also our German Fast Track Program).

Voice Over Piano at GISSV

Our Mountain View Campus had the pleasure of hosting Thomas Blaeschke and Sara Dähn from Voice Over Piano for 2 amazing workshops!

They rocked a Pop/Musical workshop for Grade 8 and shared their industry insights with our BeSO (career orientation) class for students in grades 10, 11, and 12.

Voice Over Piano, a band since 2012, has graced stages worldwide with their interpretations of rock, pop, musical tunes, and original songs. From South Africa to New York, they've made their mark, even performing for notable figures like European Union-President Ursula von der Leyen and German Chancellors.
