- Welcome to GISSV
  The German International School of Silicon Valley is an independent, nonprofit preschool–grade 12 school with two locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Admissions
- Meeting Students’ Needs From Preschool Through High School
  GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old.
- Enrollment
  The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability. Knowledge of the German language is required for all children who enroll after 1st grade (See also our German Fast Track Program).

Winter Sports Season Kicks Off at GISSV Mountain View

Excitement is building as GISSV Mountain View’s ports teams hit the field and court for the 2025–26 Winter season.

The winter sports season is officially underway at GISSV’s Mountain View campus! Our Girls Soccer team opened the season with an impressive 2–1 victory over Hausner on Tuesday, November 11, setting a strong tone for the months ahead.

Next on the schedule, the Boys Basketball team will play their first game this Thursday at INTL, while the High School Boys Soccer team is preparing for a scrimmage against Wilcox next Tuesday, November 18.
