- Welcome to GISSV
  The German International School of Silicon Valley is an independent, nonprofit preschool–grade 12 school with two locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Admissions
- Meeting Students’ Needs From Preschool Through High School
  GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old.
- Enrollment
  The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability. Knowledge of the German language is required for all children who enroll after 1st grade (See also our German Fast Track Program).

Winter Wonderland High School Dance

A festive evening of music, dancing, and new connections marked the perfect end to a busy semester for our high school students.

Last Friday, December 12, our Winter Wonderland High School Dance created a joyful and memorable celebration for students. Hosted as a joint event with SVINTL School, the dance fostered new friendships and strengthened connections across our school communities.

Students enjoyed an evening filled with music, dancing, and festive cheer — a perfect way to close out a busy and sometimes stressful semester. We are grateful to SVINTL School for the partnership, and a special thank you goes to our teachers who chaperoned and helped make the night safe and enjoyable for everyone.
