Returning Saturday School students and families are invited to participate in a Priority Registration, which typically opens 4-5 weeks before classes start. They have 1-2 weeks exclusive access to re-enroll in classes, thereby securing their returning spots.
Family of returning students as well as students who were only able to register for waitists in the previous semester are given Second Priority Registration. This gives them a chance to enroll before the public, but after all returning students have re-enrolled to continue their studies.
After the priority registrations, everyone has 1-2 weeks to enroll during Open Registration. This is when new students can enroll. Priority students who did not take advantage of their priority registration are not guaranteed a return spot. Open Registration closes approx. 2 weeks before the semester begins.
After Open Registration, Late Registration is possible only in consultation with the Head of Saturday School. A $20 administrative fee applies.
A student may withdraw any time by emailing the Head of Saturday School firstname.lastname@example.org. If the student is taking a High School level class for credit, the student's school counselor must also be consulted.
We offer a full refund of tuition for withdrawal before the 3rd class session, minus a $20 administrative fee. The $20 online convenience fee is not refunded.
After the 3rd class session, we do not give refunds, except where special circumstances must be considered.
