After celebrating Halloween on Wednesday we celebrated the Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on our San Francisco campus today.
6th and 7th graders prepared a presentation in Spanish class, some students made art projects, and homeroom teachers talked about the cultural significance of this holiday in class. As part of the celebration, students shared a picture and story of a loved one and decorated a traditional altar.
Thank you to all the parent volunteers who made it possible!
