$1,960 for 5 week camp package.

Extended Care per 2 Week Session

Extended Care is available weeks 1 - 5, and can be added on as needed for each two week or one week package of camp.

AM Care: 8am – 9am, Monday – Friday $200
PM Care: 4pm – 5pm, Monday – Friday $200

Extended Care per 1 Week Session - Week 5 only!

AM Care: 8am – 9am, Monday – Friday $100
PM Care: 4pm – 5pm, Monday – Friday $100

Family Discount

You will receive a $25 discount for each additional sibling for each week of camp.

Multi-Week Discount

$200 discount applies to all 5-week camp packages (MULTI-WEEK only)

Additional Fees

• One-time $50 registration fee for each family.
• Late registration fee: $20 for each student that registered after June 15, 2023.

The fees are independent of how many weeks of camp you register for.

Withdrawal and Refund

If you need to change your summer plans, email us at camp@gissv.org. Refunds for withdrawal will be issued using the schedule shown below:

Withdrawal:

• 28 days or more before the camp start date: 95% refund
• between 21 days and 27 days before the camp start date: 75% refund
• between 14 days and 20 days before the camp start date: 50% refund
• at later point: no refund

Refunds will not be given:

• if a student is asked to leave Summer Camp due to disciplinary issues.
• if a student gets sick.
• if a student has to quarantine.
• if classes will have to be held online due to directives from local authorities or policies of the school.

The GISSV may refuse services/entrance onto campus to anyone that does not comply with the Covid regulations and procedures put in place by the school. No refunds will be given in the event that a student or family does not comply with the regulations.
