I was born and raised in Iran. After graduating from high school, for the purpose of gaining new experiences in life, I decided to leave my homeland and migrate to Germany. I got there my master degrees in Textile-Design and German as a second and foreign language. So Word and image are elements that help me to make a contribution to the education.
In summer 2014 I moved to the United States and started to teach German at Goethe-Institut in San Francisco, CA.
Coming from the background of teaching 15 years of art and language in Germany, living in a bi-national/bi-cultural life, raising my children bilingual and migrating twice, were enriching experiences in my life.
Teaching in high school has created an opportunity for me to utilize years of gained experiences in working and communicating with Youth.
Saturday School is the perfect place to share my knowledge and experiences that has always been my personal interest and a source of my joy and excitement!
