Registration

Enrollment Is always possible for the fall and spring semesters. If you find us in between semester start dates,
email us at saturdayschool@gissv.org to join our interest list for the upcoming semester.

who can register when?

Returning Saturday School students and families are invited to participate in a Priority Registration, which typically opens 4-5 weeks before classes start. They have 1-2 weeks exclusive access to re-enroll in classes, thereby securing their returning spots.

After Priority Registration, everyone has 1-2 weeks to enroll during Open Registration. This is when new students can enroll. Returning students who did not take advantage of Priority Registration are not guaranteed a return spot. Open Registration closes approx. 2 weeks before the semester begins.

After Open Registration, Late Registration is possible only in consultation with the Head of Saturday School. A $20 administrative fee applies, as class-lists need to be re-submitted.

Withdrawal

A student may withdraw any time by emailing the Head of Saturday School jmarsh@gissv.org. If the student is taking a High School level class for credit, the student's school counselor must also be consulted.

We offer a full refund of class fees for withdrawal before the 3rd class session, less a $20 administrative fee.
After the 3rd class session, we do not give refunds, except where special circumstances must be considered.

$50 off for each additional family member you register after the first student.

The discount is applied during registration processing. You will receive applied discounts as a refund to your original payment method within 3 weeks.

$25 off for you and $25 off for your friend if you refer a new student to us.
